1 General Provisions

09det is an online gaming and entertainment platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms apply to users of our website, mobile version, and all services under it.

By accessing the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and are committed to complying with these terms. In addition to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply to your use.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Management

Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected under the same name, ID, phone number, bank account, or device, all accounts may be terminated and the associated funds forfeited.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• If any unauthorized access to your account occurs, notify our support team immediately.
• The account may not be transferred, sold, or rented to anyone else.

3.2 Updating Your Information

If your contact information (phone number, email, payment method) changes, update it in your account settings immediately. 09det will not be held responsible for any loss caused by incorrect or outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 09det platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support the following payment methods:

• Upay
• Bank Transfer

4.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name.
• The source of the deposit must be legitimate.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be on hold if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

09det offers various bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the offer page. General bonus terms are set out below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• On your first deposit, receive a 200% bonus up to ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement to use the bonus: deposit plus bonus combined must be wagered 20 times.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time period from the date the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The bonus can only be claimed once.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

• Bonus funds cannot be transferred from the bonus account to the real account.
• Certain games or bet types may be excluded from wagering with bonus funds.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.

6 Game Rules

All games available on 09det (slots, casino, sports betting, fishing games, etc.) operate under specific rules. Game provider rules apply in addition to our rules.

6.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game or bet. These limits are displayed in the game lobby. Bets outside the set limits are not accepted.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 09det reserves the right to void or correct that round. In such cases, the original stake amount will be refunded to affected users.

6.3 Sports Betting Special Rules

• Odds may change during live betting on a match in progress.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake is generally refunded.
• Official scores are accepted for determining results; information from unofficial sources will not be taken into consideration.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the 09det platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of the system.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Interfering with platform security or attempting to hack.
• Using false identity documents or information.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior toward other users.
• Behaving disrespectfully or in a threatening manner toward our staff.

8 Responsible Gaming

09det believes in responsible gaming. We want all of our players to see gaming as a source of entertainment — not as a way to solve financial problems.

8.1 Self-Limit Features

8.2 Self-Exclusion

If you feel that gaming is causing you harm, you can contact our support team to temporarily or permanently suspend your account.

• Temporary exclusion: from 1 week up to 6 months.
• Permanent exclusion: irreversible once requested.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

09det reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In accordance with instructions from the authorities.
• Inactive account (unused for an extended period of time).

10.1 Inactive Accounts

If an account has not been used for 12 consecutive months or more, it may be marked as inactive. The balance in an inactive account can still be withdrawn; however, an administrative fee may apply.

11 Limitation of Liability

09det is not liable in the following cases:

• If gaming is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
• If loss occurs due to issues with your device.
• If third-party services (mobile banking, bank) fail.
• For any loss arising from sharing your account information with others.
• If services are suspended due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) — such as natural disasters, legal directives, etc.

12 Changes & Updates

09det reserves the right to partially or fully revise these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the platform.
